Privacy Policy

Overview

RefCreate is a drawing and practice app for iPad and iPhone. It does not require a separate RefCreate account. The app has no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Your Drawings

Drawings and drawing settings are stored on your device. RefCreate does not upload your drawings to our servers. Exporting or sharing a drawing sends it through the destination you choose using Apple's system features.

Practice Progress and iCloud

In RefCreate 2.0, when iCloud is available, practice history, progress, and daily free-box-set usage sync through Apple's CloudKit service to private storage associated with your Apple Account. This lets your devices use the same practice profile. RefCreate keeps a local copy for continuity. Availability depends on your Apple Account and device settings.

We do not receive that practice profile on a RefCreate server or use it for advertising. Drawing files are not included in this progress sync.

Purchases and Diagnostics

Purchases and restores are handled by Apple's App Store. RefCreate receives verified purchase information to unlock the packs you own; it does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide crash reports and diagnostics according to your Apple privacy settings. Feedback you choose to send through TestFlight may include your comments and contact information.

Apple's services are governed by Apple's privacy policy and terms.

If you contact support, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. If you sign up for updates on our website, we use the email address you provide to send those updates; you can unsubscribe using the link in an email.
